Upper Hume PCP General Committee
The Upper Hume Primary Care Partnership is structured around a General Committee.
This Committee comprises two levels of membership, full members and affiliate members that are signatories to the Upper Hume PCP Memorandum of Understanding.
The General Committee is responsible for setting the direction of the PCP, decision-making, and ratification of the directions, recomended by working groups and platforms. The General Committee is supported by an Integrated Planning and Coordniation Group (chair-people) of platform and working groups and representatives from each Local Government and various sectors (mental health, housing, education). This group have responsibility for the day to day management of the PCP and operationalising the Healthy Communities Plan.
Membership is through application to the General Committee.
Regular Meeting Information:
The General Committee meet bi-monthly on the first Tuesday of the even months. February, April, June, August, October, December,
The venue for each meeting is rotated around the membership.
